Yep I’ve been going all Zigbee lately. I do have a couple of WiFi smart plugs but I was able to take them apart and install Tasmota on them to make them fully local.
When the Matter over Thread device ecosystem is more mature I’ll start using that.

I really can’t think of anything I would NEED to be IoT, so I probs won’t need these projects, but thanks to those who develop them! Well, my parents do have some sort of doorbell camera outside…

There actually is a Tesla jail break, or at least was, it’s been some years since I last heard anything about it lol So I have no idea if it’s still kicking or only available for early model Teslas or something
