      You seem to be misunderstanding. When an instance is marked as “lagging” on [https://phiresky.github.io/lemmy-federation-state/](lemmy federation state), it does not necessarily mean that it is lagging.

      Instances where send is working but last send was at least 10 minutes ago. This is also the case if no activity has happened on your instance in the last 10 minutes.

      The last activity happened 26 days ago, which is certainly more than 10 minutes age.
