Anduril seems to have landed on EM pulse perimeters for anti-drone measures. Their music choices always cracks me up. Like they know they’re the villains.
yeah there is no way this is a actual EMP, like one that creates overvoltage thru induction in circuits and hence burns out the drone circuits. this is a “smart” jammer, probably a glorified deauther and it can do nothing against fiber drones
The form factor alone makes it clear that this isnt a EMP, if it in fact where a EMP in this formfactor it had a rage of maybe 3-4m tops.
Thing is, proving drones against those will be rather easy (if they are fiber controlled at least) just wrap the whole thing in a wiremesh should do it (adjust hole size depending on frequency).
