I assume that the vehicle has some protection already and that a small shape charge (possibly angled in the wrong direction due to drone impacting with ground) that goes off like 5m next to the vehicle should not render it out of action.
It may be a different situation if the drone carries a EFP or a claymore type warhead that detonates a fair distance away from the vehicle (i have not seen those in common use against vehicle by now tho).
