My all time favourite is Peter F Hamilton’s Commonwealth Saga + Void Trilogy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_Saga
Currently enjoying Brandon Sanderson’s various Cosmere books a ton too, although book 5 of stormlight is a bit disappointing it’s still an excellent series
