I don’t know what to tell you haha that’s just how I spelt it growing up until I saw a band that spelled it among and had to look it up, I think just having the o without the u felt strange

As an American I don’t know where I learned to spell everything with a u like colour or amoung as a kid but I was so confused when my phone kept correcting me

I’ve had to chase the neighbor’s cat away several times in the mornings before work because the scrub jays that had a nest in our bushes would be screaming at 5 in the morning because the cat would be out there
