Those are Iranian F14 tomcats, made in USA, given to Iran, then blown up by USA bombs.

“A lot of people say the best weapon is one you never have to fire. I disagree. I say the best weapon is one you only have to fire once.”

I’d like to see none at all, but I guess that’ll be a dream for quite a while. The Enterprise was built to be a science vessel, not a war machine. It still packed a punch, though.

          Make Earth post scarcity “again”!

          Hmm, MEPSA sounds like shit…

MEPSA sounds like either a disease, a bodily fluid, or a society of people devoted to discussing and eating poop.

Are you implying that the plan is to sell more jets to Iran to replace these?

Otherwise, Iran having F-14s is actually helpful in selling planes and bombs to Iran’s enemies.

Which, in the case or Iran, is not them.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t a money making conspiracy, but just normal geopolitics happening, like it always has.

I mean they’re kind of death traps at this point, though what’s funny is the Iranians actually had a lower failure and crash rate than Americans, probably because their pilots didn’t build their self image on being Tom Cruise.

It’s possible some things may have happened in Iran in between the acquisition of the those F14s and now.
