Crazy, but in most countries, autos are safety inspected annually.
Swap a few of the tires with spares and change the color to gray and I’d swear I’ve seen that vehicle flying down the interstate at 80 mph (129 kph).
I’m a bit surprised to see a permanent Arkansas license plate on it. There’s a better chance of it having an expired temp tag.
